A
compass to indicate the direction, a compass to rely on to trace the route,
when the conditions are adverse but above all when the sea is stormy.
Opinion Ciatti attended the long-awaited 60th edition of the Salone del Mobile.Milano starting precisely from here, from a very special compass that has been fundamental in these years of strong wind.
A compass that speaks of values and
experience, of a listening attitude and reflections and that has led to
designing a new collection that tells of solid visions for new directions, that
is of pieces that know how to be interpreters of a contemporaneity in
continuous flow.
The Pacifico bookcase, the Koji
coffee table and the ILtavolo 2.0 table by Lapo
Ciatti, and the Berberé dog bed by Raffaella Mangiarotti – the "solid visions"
2022 - were the centrepieces of our stand at Rho Fiera, alongside the company's
best-sellers and two new metallic
finishes adorning the new ILtavolo 2.0 as well as the chairs of the Mammamia collection designed by Marcello Ziliani.
A stand with a light and airy structure, dominated by the colours
of the Tuscan land – the ochre of the sienna and the burnt red of Mount Amiata
– and a deliberately essential aesthetic to give the products, the true main
interpreters, centre stage.
<<This
has been an important return to the Salone del Mobile in its official formula,
after a complicated period during which we have all experienced deep feelings
of uncertainty and alienation – says Lapo Ciatti, CEO and Art Director of Opinion
Ciatti. This opportunity to meet and share our work therefore has a special meaning. With "Solid visions for new directions" we want to emphasize what we have learnt in
recent years: the value of being at the service of change by offering solutions
in line with the times that are also solid, thanks to our experience and our identity. An approach to work that, for us, has represented, and continues to be, a "compass" to navigate all seas. Only in this way we will stay true to our mission: to always offer products and accessories that put people at the centre, answering their requirements and catering to their needs.>>
