Opinion Ciatti, in the prestigious setting
of the Museum of Modern Art in Paris, presents a special limited edition of
Waves Collection, exclusively designed by Maurizio Galante and Tal Lancman for
the third edition of AD Collection, scheduled from March 24 to April 2.
The creations that make up the universe of
the Italian-French duo are often dreamlike, evoke organic life forms,
underwater plants, blooming buds or unusual fantastic animals, with no exception
even for the extraordinary pieces of the Waves Collection: a console, a table
lamp, a screen. Furnishing accessories where the metal is worked with the same
skill as the fabrics.
A console where the gold-plated steel is
folded by hand. A table lamp that passing through the folds of three types of
steel (stainless steel and gold, 18 and 24-carat) gives magic glows. A screen
that also assumes a wave shape and gives unexpected glows thanks to the gold
leaf applied in the inside of the metal joints of the structure which folds and
allows it to take the desired conformation.
